1. News 18 -
Rating Score -> 3.5/5
Salman Khan’s presence is electrifying, and he commands every scene with his trademark charisma. Whether he’s delivering punchlines, performing stunts or simply walking into a room, his aura is undeniable. Sikandar is an unapologetic Salman Khan vehicle, and it’s a wild ride that’s sure to leave fans grinning from ear to ear.

2. India Today -
Rating Score -> 2/5
Sikandar is exhausting and a bit dated. But if you want to see Bhaijaan do his thing and don’t expect much, it could be your pick this Eid.

3. DNA -
Rating Score -> 3.5/5
Overall, despite the flaws, Sikandar works because Salman has given some huge disappointments in the past few years (read: Race 3, Radhe, KKBKKJ). Sikandar is much better than these films, and thus it marks a massy comeback of Salman Khan. With this film, Bhaijaan has given a strong message to his haters ki "Tiger Zinda Hai".

4. Times of India -
Rating Score -> 2/5
The story and the narrative are the biggest letdown of this larger-than-life movie; even if they are trying to draw in die-hard Salman Khan fans, we wish they had taken the action notches higher. A few standout punches and stunts here and there could have probably salvaged this one.

5. First Post -
Rating Score -> 3.5/5
At the heart, Sikandar is a heartwarming emotional family drama which seamlessly turns into a massy actioner without losing the core essence of it.

6. Indian Express -
Rating Score -> 1.5/5
In an early moment in the film, Sikandar says, ‘I’m done, bro’. That feels, um, prescient. Where has the Bhai who strode on to the screen, agate stone dangling from his wrist, beating up the baddies, making things better, gone? Can someone bring him back? In this iteration, I was bored out of my skull.

7. Hindustan Times -
Rating Score -> 2/5
Overall, Sikandar is not the Eidi Salman used to promise to his legion of fans. Atleast bhai pehle samajh mein nahi, lekin dil mein toh aate the. Iss baar voh bhi almost tod diya.

8. Times Now -
Rating Score -> 1.5/5
Sikandar goes wrong in every aspect. The songs are forgettable, the story is weak, the execution lacks effort and the performances are scattered. Dialoguebaazi is added only for the sake of it. If a true Bhai fan gives it passing marks, it’s a victory for the makers. Rest, it is dull, outdated and sparkless.

9. Taran Adarsh -
Rating Score -> 2/5
A letdown... Screenplay, music, direction, even performances are lacklustre... Sky-high expectations from #SalmanKhan - #ARMurugadoss, but all that glitters is not gold! #SikandarReview

10. Komal Nahta -
Rating Score -> n/a
Sikandar is a dull fare as it has gaping holes in its script. It will not find favour with the audience. For its budget, it will do business that’s far lower than warranted.

11. Rediff -
Rating Score -> 1/5
Salman's nonchalance used to be part of his too cool for school charm. But now it's descended into irrelevance. In one scene, the man almost takes off his jacket only to put it back on, as if to say -- Why bother? It's not worth it.

12. Gulf News -
Rating Score -> 2/5
Sikandar is less a film and more a bloated tribute reel for Salman Khan — one that leans heavily on recycled tropes. With its predictable beats, thunderous self-importance, and emotional manipulation, I’m crowning this one a non-starter — an exhausting ride that tests your patience more than it entertains.

13. NDTV -
Rating Score -> 2/5
Insaaf nahi saaf karna hai, Salman Khan's character says before the fight to the finish gets underway. But Sikandar is anything but saaf and steady. Yes, there is something that the film does manage to wipe clean off its face: sense.
