Singham Again takes a SOLID START on FRIDAY (Diwali Holiday): Noon-Afternoon Update

Noon-Afternoon Update: Singham Again has shown significant growth in occupancy during the noon and afternoon shows. As of the latest update, the film is registering a superb 70-75% occupancy, which is fantastic! Overall occupancy, as of the last report, is hovering around 58-60%. The film is expected to see a further boost in occupancy in the evening and night shows today. As of now, it is on track to collect a net total of ₹40 crores for the day. We’ll have a clearer picture by the end of the day. Stay tuned!

Morning Update: Singham Again has taken a solid start at the box office on the Diwali holiday, as early morning samples are coming in. The film has opened with 40-50% occupancy across India, which is a superb start. However, given its status as a big franchise, a multi-starrer, and a Diwali release, the opening could have been even better. It's still early in the day, though, and we expect occupancy to rise as the day progresses.

Singham Again is witnessing a thunderous start in the Maharashtra and Gujarat belt, with occupancy levels around 60-70% or higher. In the rest of India, occupancy is decent to good. The film is performing exceptionally well in single screens, while business in multiplexes so far has been moderate.

The start suggests the film is on track to touch the ₹30 crore net mark for the day if it maintains a steady trend. However, a ₹40 crore net opening day would be fantastic, which will require stronger support from multiplexes, as single screens alone can't carry the entire load. Let’s see how things unfold as the day goes on. Stay tuned to AddaToday for regular Singham Again updates!
