DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE BOX OFFICE COLLECTION: INDIA
Night Update (Latest): "Deadpool & Wolverine" showed a decent hold on Monday. Despite this, the collections can be considered good as Friday's box office numbers were fantastic. The film reported 12-13% occupancy on Monday and thus collected ₹6.5-7 crore net on Day 4. The total collection in India has reached ₹71 crore net. The film has emerged as a HIT in India and is likely to touch the ₹100 crore net mark by the second weekend.
"Deadpool and Wolverine" has done pretty well in the first weekend, collecting 65 crore net, which is fantastic. However, the film may see its first significant drop on Monday, as is common for most Hollywood films. Despite the drop, the film should continue to do good business and is expected to emerge as a HIT.
Morning and Noon Update: The film started slowly on Monday morning with 8-9% occupancy. It showed growth in the noon shows, registering 10-15% occupancy. Overall occupancy till noon (1 pm IST) is around 10-11%.
