1. Times Now News -
Rating Score -> 3.5/5
Gripping is the word for this Sidharth Malhotra, Raashii Khanna, and Disha Patani starrer. It is that kind of film where you can’t afford to take your eyes off the screen for even a moment. Sleek, ruthless, and action-packed, Yodha is a must-watch!
2. News 18 -
Rating Score -> 4/5
Arun takes down a terrorist in a hand combat in Islamabad and triumphantly utters, ‘Iss picture ka hero main hoon’. And that’s what Yodha is all about. It bears a testament to the star power of Sidharth and how he has emerged as a young hero who has the audience cheering, hooting and rooting for him as he fights and flirts effortlessly. It will also make you realise that a new action star is born and he’s here to stay.
3. Times of India -
Rating Score -> 3/5
the film is well-edited, so it stays the course and never feels stretched. There is also suttle humour peppered through the narrative. There are some heavy-duty dialogues like “Main rahu na rahu, desh rahega”, but the lighter moments in the screenplay balance that out.
4. First Post -
Rating Score -> 3.5/5
On the whole, Yodha is a commercial entertainer filled with action-packed sequences and superb star performances.
5. ABP Live -
Rating Score -> 3/5
Sidharth's performance and the vision of the director take the stage as the hackneyed narrative evolves into a captivating thriller. The movie could have quickly grown bland, but the absence of forced romance subplots, pointless sing-and-dance segments, and an action-packed second half promoted it to earn scores from the audience.
6. India TV -
Rating Score -> 3.5/5
Yodha is a good watch and you will love Sidharth Malhotra again as a man in uniform. He could have been better in terms of a lover boy in the film, but since Yodha is more about action, that tangent can surely be ignored.
7. Taran Adarsh -
Rating Score -> 3/5
An actioner that has some interesting twists and turns and heroic moments… Loses grip intermittently [second half], also gets predictable, but brilliant action, gripping finale and #SidharthMalhotra’s super act are a big plus. #YodhaReview

Directed by newcomers Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre, the highlight of the film is the combat scenes in the skies, some of which leap at you. Sidharth Malhotra, once again, impresses with his screen presence, booming voice, and agility.
9. Rediff -
Rating Score -> 2.5/5
Yodha’s rush to retain diplomacy and avert disaster against the backdrop of a Indo-Pak peace treaty, while the stalemate over Kashmir prompts extremist factions to wreak havoc until their demands are met, might have had some merit if not for the cock-and-bull treatment.
10. Komal Nahta -

Yodha is a reasonably entertaining fare and will do fair business at the ticket windows. The confusing part in the post-interval portion is a minus point.
11. India Today -
Rating Score -> 3/5
Clocking in at nearly 2 hours and 13 minutes, the film maintains a brisk pace, ensuring there's never a dull moment, although not everything makes sense. However, given it's the director duo's first film, we must give it to them for putting up a sincere effort.
