Thank God is now going down rapidly at the box office. The collections are already down to a low level and it has gone down further on day 8 (2nd Tuesday) also.
Thank God is reporting a drop of 10-15% on the 8th day from the previous day. Generally, a 10-15% drop is ok. But here it is not as the film underperformed big time on day 7.
The early trend suggests Thank God Second Tuesday Box Office Collection is heading towards a low 1.5 crore nett approx. Thus, the film total at the end of day 8 is heading towards 32.5 crore nett approx.
Thank God should touch 35 crore nett by the end of the extended first week. Film lifetime business is trending towards the 43-45 crore nett mark. The box office performance of Thank God is absolutely shocking and disappointing. A film with a decent face value and released in the Diwali festive time should have touched 70-75 crore nett in India. It means film will fall short of a par score by 25-30 crores at least.
