Drishyam 2 has hit a century at the box office in seven days flat. The film started well on Friday and after showed excellent trending all through the week. The good news is film is still unstoppable and is now racing towards the 150 cr NBOC mark.
Drishyam 2 collected 8.6 crore nett approx on day 7 (Thursday). Thus, the drop from the previous day is just around 10%. The hold is outstanding again and that has been the story for the whole week.
Drishyam 2 total collection currently stands at the 104.6 crore nett mark. The film should do well again on the 2nd Friday (day 8) despite there being a big release in Bhediya. The film has emerged as a Hit and should emerge as a Super Hit by the end of the second weekend.
As for lifetime business, the film is on track to touch the 175 crore nett mark. The question is whether film can challenge the elusive 200 crore nett mark or not. We will have a good clarity by the end of day 8 (2nd Friday) which is today.
