Vikram Vedha started on a similar note on Tuesday (5th day) morning shows as the previous day. The opening is similar and there may be a bigger growth from evening onwards as pre-Dussehra festive time will kick on.
Vikram Vedha opened to 10-12% occupancy in the morning shows of day 5. For the same, Monday opening was 11%. When samples are compared occupancy is nearly the same. In some places, occupancy is slightly better and in others, it is slightly lower.
Vikram Vedha collected 42-42.5 crore nett approx in the first four days. The film should collect at least similar to Monday on Tuesday. There may be a growth also if film outperforms in evening and night shows.
The Dussehra holiday is extremely crucial for VV now as the film is still underperforming. If the film shows solid occupancy on Wednesday (Dussehra Holiday) then we can expect a reasonable first week total.
