Kantara Hindi version has shown growth on Day 5 (Tuesday) at the box office. This is fantastic as the strong word of mouth is taking effect now and it also means that film might do well in the second week now.
Kantara collected 1.85 crore nett approx on day 5. It registered a jump of 5-6% from Monday which is terrific considering, generally film shows a drop of 10-15%. Here jump is seen which is a rarity nowadays.
Kantara total business thus stands at 11.1 crore nett approx. Film's first week is now trending towards a good 14-14.5 crore nett approx. The best part is that the way film is trending don't be surprised if it collects in excess of 10 crore nett in the second week. A 25 crore nett lifetime business is very much on with a good possibility of touching or going past the 30 crore nett mark.
