Chup had a decent first weekend at the box office. Thanks to low ticket prices on Friday and subsequent good hold on Saturday pushed the film to a respectable position. Now it is all up to the weekdays to perform and if the film manages to stay afloat then it has an outside chance of emerging as a success.
Chup added 2.25 crore nett approx on day 3 (Sunday). The film registered a jump of 10-15% on Sunday which is pretty good considering the film already registered a good footfall on Friday. The film's first weekend total currently stands at 7.25 crore nett approx.

Total - 7.25 cr nett approx
Dhokha also had a decent first weekend at the box office. The film hardly had any face value and despite that, it managed 2.25 crore nett approx. It is mainly due to the good business on Friday. The real test starts on 1st Monday though.
