Brahmastra has done pretty well in the second week as the film has done 50 cr NBOC business. This is very good considering that most of the films struggled to touch that mark even in the first-week post-pandemic. And here comes a film that does that business in week two.
Brahmashtra added 2.6 cr nett approx from Hindi on 2nd Thursday (14th day). Thus, the film total from Hindi touches 200 cr NBOC. The film total from all languages is 222.05 cr nett at the end of the second week.
Brahmastra will do big business on the 3rd Friday (15th day) on the occasion of National Cinema Day. Ticket prices are capped at INR 75 and almost all shows for the day are Sold Out or about to be Sold Out. Hence, don't be surprised if the film does a double-digit collection for the day.
The problem starts for Brahmastra from the 3rd Saturday onwards as advances are horrific for that day. There may be a case that most of the weekend and maybe even weekdays audiences have purchased tickets for the 3rd Friday itself. Hence, it will be interesting to see how the film performs post National Cinema Day.
