Brahmastra started slowly on the 2nd Friday (8th day) morning shows as early samples are coming in. The film needs to pick up the pace as it needs a solid second weekend if it entitles any chance of reaching the safe zone.
Brahmashtra opened to 8-10% occupancy in the morning shows of day 8. For the same, the 1st Thursday occupancy was similar. It means no drop as such seen for the morning shows when we consider the occupancy. But again shows are reduced for the second week and hence, ideally, 2nd Friday occupancy should be better than that of 1st Thursday.
Brahmastra has managed 149.8 crore nett approx from the Hindi version in the first week. All languages business at the end of week one stands at 168.4 crore nett approx. Numbers are good when we consider how film has performed post-pandemic. However, numbers could have been easily better when we consider the film budget.
