Brahmastra Day 11 (2nd Monday) Collection Update for Morning Shows

Brahmastra has taken a slow start on the 2nd Monday (11th day) morning shows, which is on the expected lines. A slow start is ok if the film shows the usual trend of getting a good jump in the second half of the day. The film did very well in the second weekend and decent weekdays will take the second week total to a very respectable position.

Brahmashtra opened to 6-8% occupancy in the morning shows today. For the same, the 2nd Friday opening was 9%. An occupancy drop of 20% is seen when only morning samples are taken into account. However, as ticket prices are low today business drop will be more than the occupancy drop.

Brahmastra collected in excess of 40 crore nett in the second weekend from all languages. It is easily among one of the best of all time. The film is eyeing 55-60 crore nett for the second week now. A lifetime business in excess of 225 cr NBOC is taken now. The question is whether film can touch 250 cr NBOC or even go beyond that mark. For that third weekend business has become crucial.
