Raksha Bandhan Third Day Box Office Collection

Box office performance of Raksha Bandhan in the first three days is absolutely shocking to say the least. Audiences are simply not ready to watch the films in theatres. If we forget about UP, Bihar and a little bit of Delhi, then film is a washout in rest of the India. Really depressing to track the box office business of Rakshan Bandhan.

Raksha Bandhan collected 6.5 crore nett approx on day 3. The film has gone flat on Saturday as collections are similar to a working Friday. Film total business at the end of day 3 stands at a horrific 21 crore nett approx.

Ideally, Rakshan Bandhan needed to collect at least 32-33 crore nett approx in the first 3 days. It means the film has fallen short of a par score by 11-12 crores at least if not more. Sunday and Monday (Independence Day) are extremely crucial for Raksha Bandhan now. 

The film needs to put up some good total in these two days. The way things are moving there is every possibility that the film will come down crashing from Tuesday onward. Also, only a UP or Bihar is simply not enough to do decent box office at the box office. We hope some of the rest of India shows a better occupancy on Sunday and coming Monday.
