Thor: Love and Thunder had a significant drop in business on the second day (Friday) at the box office. A drop was inevitable as the film took a flying start on day one. As it was working Friday, it was tough to maintain collections at the higher level. But again a big drop was not expected. Let's see how things unfold on Saturday.
Thor collected 11.5 crore nett approx on day 2. The drop from day 1 is around 38-39% which is significant. A 20-25% drop would have been an ideal case. Thor's total business at the end of two days is around 30.1 crore nett approx.
Thor should see growth on Saturday (day 3) now. It will be interesting to see if Saturday numbers matches Thursday or not. A good jump on Saturday and Sunday will take the weekend total towards 65 (+/-) crore nett range. With significant drop seen on Friday means there may be a big drop coming on 1st Monday.
Collection Breakup -
Day 1 (Thursday) - 18.6 crore nett
Day 2 (Friday) - 11.5 crore nett
Total - 30.1 crore nett approx

Don’t think it’ll be able to beat the bBOC numbers of Dr.Strange. However, it’ll still be better than most Bollycraps released this year
