Shamshera is showing a limited jump of 10% or so on Sunday (3rd day) at the box office as per the early trends for the day. Generally, a 10% growth would have been ok if the film did well on Saturday. However, in the case of Shamshera, it is not and the film needed a much better jump than that.
Shamshera occupancy details for day 3 are given below. The film again had a low occupancy for the day with some better occupancy seen for noon and afternoon shows. All day occupancy for day 3 is around 21-22% which is pretty low.
Shamshera Occupancy Report for Sunday (Samples only) -
Morning - 15-17%
Noon - 28-30%
Evening-Night - 18-20%
The early trend suggests Shamshera Third Day Box Office Collection is heading towards 11-11.5 (+/-) crore nett approx. These are early estimates and the final count for the day may vary.
It means Shamshera's first-weekend business is heading towards a below-average 32 (+/-) crore nett approx. Ideally, the film needed to collect 50 crore nett for the opening weekend and it will fall short of that mark by miles.
