Samrat Prithviraj Tuesday (5th Day) Box Office Collection Estimates, Going from Bad to Worse

Samrat Prithviraj is on a free-fall mode on weekdays. First, film faced a huge drop on 1st Monday and is now facing another significant drop on Tuesday (5th day). Although the film has got a free run for a few weeks, still looks like it will lose all its steam by the end of the week.

Samrat Prithviraj's occupancy details for day 5 are given below. The film is registering a low occupancy of 11-12% for the day so far. This is extremely disappointing stuff. So much was expected from Prithviraj and the film has failed to live up to the expectation so badly. The saddest part is that reports are coming in that the shows are getting canceled. We don't hear such stuff for biggies, especially on day 5.

When samples of Tuesday are compared with Monday a drop of 20% is seen. This is significant considering the film is already performing poorly. Things are getting bad to worse now. The early trend suggests Samrat Prithviraj's 5th Day collection is heading towards 4 (+/-) crore nett approx. These are early estimates and the final count for the day may vary.

Prithviraj's total business at the end of day 5 is heading towards 48.4 crore nett approx. The film may struggle to touch 55 crore nett in the first week now. That mark should have been achieved by the opening weekend itself. How things are going, don't be surprised if the film struggles to touch the 70 crore nett mark in India. If that happens it will be absolutely shocking and easily the biggest disappointment of the year considering the budget of the film.
