KGF: Chapter 2 has gone to the next level post-EID period. The film rocked the box office on EID day and thereafter. It looks like the film again went strong on the 4th Thursday (day 22) as early trends are coming in. The trending of KGF 2 is simply unbelievable so far.
KGF 2 opened to 15% occupancy in the morning shows today. The film showed growth on noon shows and registered 20-22% occupancy. The film has shown further jump from evening onwards and as per the latest reporting 35-40% occupancy.
When samples of 4th Thursday (day 22) are compared with 3rd Wednesday (day 21), a drop of around 20% is seen. This is simply a terrific hold. In mass dominated centers drop is even less than 20%. In metros and big cities drop is around 25-30%.
The early trend suggests that KGF 2 Hindi Version Fourth Thursday (22nd Day) Collection is heading towards the 6-7 (+/-) crore nett range. These are early estimates and the final count for the day may vary. Interior reports come late. If the film does well there then actuals may come even higher.
KGF 2 total business at the end of the third week is heading towards a humongous 398 (+/-) crore nett range. The film is all set to create history on the 4th Friday as it will enter the 400 crore club which was invaded only by the mighty Baahubali 2.
