KGF 2 has decimated all box office records for the first 4 days. The film was simply outstanding from the first show itself on 1st Thursday and the story remained the same till the last show of Sunday. There seems no stopping as such.
KGF 2 collected 50.35 crore nett approx on day 4 (Sunday). Thus, KGF 2 has become the first Bollywood or Hindi (or Hindi dubbed) film to have two 50 crore nett plus business days. Film collected in excess of 50 crore nett on day 1 and now on day 4.
KGF 2 total collection at the end of the extended first weekend is 194 crore nett approx. Collections are simply out of this world. The film will touch 200 crore nett from the Hindi version in 5 days flat! Never happened before phenomenon!
As we write this article film has already taken an excellent start on 1st Monday (day 5). It means KGF 2 will not only go past 300 crore nett in India and will emerge as a huge Blockbuster in the Hindi version. Lifetime collection may challenge 350 or 400 crore nett or even more. But again these are early days and we will have a clear picture once the weekday trend and 2nd Friday hold are known.
