Jersey Saturday (Day 2) Collection Update for Morning Shows

Jersey is showing jump on Saturday (2nd Day) Morning shows as early samples are coming in. But the problem is that the jump is limited not that big. As Jersey had a horrific first day needed a huge jump on day 2. However, it is only morning shows, and let's see whether the film can pick up the pace as the day progresses.

Jersey has opened to 15-20% occupancy in the morning shows of the 2nd day. For the same, Friday's opening was 12% or so. It means a growth of 40-45% is seen when only morning shows are compared. As Jersey had a poor first day, ideally it needs to have a growth of more than 50%. That is a bare minimum. A 60-70% growth will give the film a chance.

Jersey on the first day has collected 4 crore nett approx. A par score for day one would have been 7-8 crores. It means the first day of business was well below the par score. Jersey has lots of ground to make now. Before that film needs solid growth on Saturday and Sunday to put some kind of score for the opening weekend. If film shows limited jump on these two crucial days then it is all over for the film.
