The Kashmir Files Decimated the Box Office on Day 8 (2nd Friday), Unprecedented and Historic Again

The Kashmir Files has decimated the Indian Box Office on the 2nd Friday (day 8). The film started with Housefull shows from the word go and all set to end the day with Sold Out shows. TKF is going to rule the box office like never before. The second week will easily go past the first week's numbers.

The Kashmir Files has also zoomed past the 100 crore nett mark in India. In fact, the film achieved this mark in the day time itself. Now it is racing towards 150 crore nett in India and should touch that mark before the end of the second weekend.

TKF opened with 60% occupancy in the morning shows today. Noon shows reported an outstanding occupancy of 85-90%. Morning and noon shows were very limited to limited today. The film went berserk from evening onwards and as per the latest is reporting an out of this world occupancy of 90% plus.

If everything goes well in night shows and in interiors then TKF should touch 20 crore nett for the day and it will also be the highest single-day number. In fact, there is a possibility of even touching 21-22 crore nett or even more. These are only early estimates and the final count for the day can easily vary. 

TKF has taken the box office by storm. It is not a small storm but a tsunami that will take further ground on the 2nd Saturday (day 9) and the 2nd Sunday (day 10). The way things are moving, don't be surprised if the film touches the unprecedented 30 crore nett mark this Sunday.

TKF total collection at the end of day 8 is heading towards 117-119 (+/-) crore nett range. Numbers could go higher also. TKF is all set to touch 150 crore nett in India in 10 days flat! UNTHINKABLE and HISTORIC!
