RRR has registered a big jump on Saturday (2nd Day) at the box office. Film reported a growth of 20% from the first day. This is coming off from a very good opening day. The trending of RRR is also superb so far and a fantastic opening weekend is on cards.
RRR has collected 23.75 crore nett approx on day 2. Thus, the film's total collection currently stands at 43.8 crore nett approx. Film first weekend collection is heading towards a 72-73 crore nett finish depending on the growth film sees on Sunday.
RRR is carrying a hefty budget. A good chunk of money needs to be recovered from the India theatricals. Hence, despite a good start film needs to maintain its pace for at least the first 10 days. A 180-200 crore nett business from the Hindi version is a must. Hence, the film needs to hold strong on 1st Monday (4th day) also.
Ideally, the film needs to go past 200 crore nett in India from Hindi alone. Again it is too early to talk about that. Let's see how the film does on 1st Sunday (day 3) and then how it holds on 1st Monday (day 4).
