Gangubai Kathiawadi has taken a decent start on the second Friday (day 8) at the box office as early samples for the morning shows are coming in. This is good news and there is a good possibility of Gangubai doing well now in the second weekend also.
Gangubai has opened with 10-11% occupancy in the morning shows of 2nd Friday. When samples are compared to 1st Thursday then there is a growth of 15-20%. Yes, there is a growth in occupancy but it has come in reduced screens.
Gangubai has collected 69 crore nett approx in the first week. The film is now chasing 100 crore nett business in India. It is possible if the film shows a good hold on Day 8. There is no doubt that the film will register a big jump on the 2nd Saturday (day 9) and the 2nd Sunday (day 10).
