Bachchhan Paandey has registered a drop in the region of 9-10% on day 2 (Saturday). This is not a good sign as the film needed a push on 2nd Day. The film has failed to do so and signs are not looking good for the coming days ahead.
Bachchhan Paandey has collected 12 crore nett approx on Day 2. Thus, the film's total business at the end of Saturday is around 25.25 crore nett approx. The film is now struggling to even touch 40 crore nett in the first weekend. Who would have predicted that prior to its release?
Still, all is not lost if the film pushes hard on Sunday and post a total in excess of 15 crore nett at least. It gives a chance. Ideally, Day 3 collection should have been close to the 20 crore nett mark. However, that looks like a distant dream now.
Bachchhan Paandey will need a jump of at least 20-25% on Sunday if not more. Then it will need a solid Monday (day 4). If the film manages both, then it will have a chance to go near a respectable total in its theatrical run in India.

Friday - 13.25 crore nett
Saturday - 12 crore nett
Total - 15.25 crore nett approx
