Badhaai Do has seen good growth on Day 2 (Saturday) at the box office. This is a good sign as the trend is on the positive side. However, collections are still on the lower level and the film needs another big push on Sunday to put up a decent first weekend total.
Badhaai Do has collected 2.7 crore net approx on the second day. The growth from Friday is around 60-65% which is pretty good. Any jump of 50% or more can be said as a positive trend. Here it is more than that.
Badhaai Do needs another big jump on Sunday (day 3). A growth of 30% or more would be nice. Good growth on the third day will take the film's first weekend total to an 8 crore net range. But again in an ideal case, the opening weekend number should have been 10-12 crore net mark. It means the film still has some work to do on the weekdays. But before that film needs to end the weekend on a high.
