After a free fall on 2nd Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 83 has gone steady on 2nd Thursday (14th day). But film collections are already low and poor and hence, despite steady business, day 14 numbers will be poor also.
83 has reported a nominal drop of just 5-10% on Day 14. In fact, at a few places occupancy is nearly similar or even better than 2nd Wednesday. That is a good hold but again it is of no use as the film is going nowhere.
The early trend suggests the 83 2nd Thursday Collection is heading towards a 1 (+/-) crore net range. It means 83 total business at the end of the third week is heading towards 97 crore net range.
If cinema halls remain open then film should touch 100 crore net in India unless film collapses on 3rd Friday. This should not be the case as there are no new releases and 83 should retain most of its screen. There will be some weekend audiences for sure.
As for the lifetime business of 83. The trend so far suggests 83 movie lifetime collection is heading towards the 105 crore net finish. If cinema halls remain open for another two weeks then it may get a few more but not much after that.
