Pushpa: The Rise - Part 01 has shown outstanding hold on 2nd Friday (8th day). The film has dropped just 25-30% from 1st Thursday. This after 1st Thursday numbers are coming better than 1st Friday. It means the film will now easily go past 50 crore net in India.
Pushpa has collected 2.5 crore net approx on day 8. Drop from opening day is just around 25%. As today is Christmas expect the film to grow big. Don't be surprised if Day 9 (2nd Saturday) emerges as the second-best box office day for Pushpa.
Pushpa Hindi's total collection stands at 29.35 crore net approx. Film worldwide business has touched 200 crores from all languages. However, most of the business in the second weekend and week will now drive from the Hindi version only.
