There is a problem galore for 83. The first film was under-performing across India. Second and most important is that Delhi Govt has ordered to close the cinema halls with immediate effect. Hope Delhi Govt re-thinks their decision as the Multiplex Association of India has requested them to do so.
Now coming to 83's box office update for Tuesday (Day 5). The film is holding pretty well on Day 5. It is reporting a drop of 10% or so. In some of the places drop is more whereas in others it is less. A 10 percent drop is a good hold. But in the case of 83 films needed much better than a good hold.
83 Occupancy Report for the day is given below. As per the early trends, 83 Fifth Day Collection is heading towards a 6-6.5 (+/-) crore net range. These are early estimates and the final count for the day may vary. 83 five-day total in India is heading towards 60-61 (+/-) crore net range.
