Mumbai Saga has registered a drop on Saturday (2nd day) at the box office. This is not a good sign as the film needed to show growth on day 2. Yes, the second wave of Coronavirus is on a roll in India, and cinema halls are again getting closed. But, even at places where there is no sign of coronavirus scare at this moment, the film has registered a drop.
Mumbai Saga has collected 2.4 crore net approx on day 2. The film's total business currently stands at 5.2 crore net approx. Looking at the current trend, the film may fail to see substantial growth on Sunday also now. Let's hope that there is no drop as such as otherwise, it will be all over for the film.
Mumbai Saga word of mouth is mixed to decent. Cinema halls are getting closed because of the second wave at places in India. Further cinema halls will get closed on Sunday. This will definitely have some effect on the business outcome of the film. Roohi brought smiles to the exhibition sector last week and now it seems hard times are ahead again for them.
