Mumbai Saha has shown a decent hold on 1st Monday (4th day) at the box office. The film has reported a 45-50% drop from 1st Friday which is acceptable. Ideally, the film needed a 40% drop or less, as Friday's numbers were below par. Still, it is not that bad, and let's hope that film trends strong through the weekdays now.
Mumbai Saga added 1.5 crore net approx on day 4. The film's total business thus stands at 10.2 crore net approx. The film's first-week business is now trending towards a 13.5-14 crore net range. Again it would have been nice if the film had touched 15 crore net or more in the first week.
As for lifetime business, if the film aims to touch 20 crore net in India then it has to hold well on 2nd Friday. If not, then Mumbai Saga may fail to touch 20 crore net in India which will be a sad result considering the film and its face value. Yes, there is a second wave of Coronavirus pandemic in India at this moment and it has dented Mumbai Saga box office potential. Even considering that factor film should have touched or crossed 20 crore net mark. Let's see how thing unfolds in the weekdays.
Collection Breakup -
Friday - 2.8 crore net
Saturday - 2.4 crore net
Sunday - 3.5 crore net
Monday - 1.5 crore net
Total - 10.2 crore net approx
