Ugliest Side of Nepotism that Exists in Bollywood

Nepotism exists in all fields of life and we all know that well. Every successful people will try to push their near and dear ones in the line in which they expertise. Be it doctor, business, job sector, or even in the entertainment field.

In Bollywood, it has been from Raj Kapoor days or even earlier. He promoted his family including his sons. It is prevalent today also. Honestly, we simply can't stop that. Readers who are reading this article has also sometime somewhere pushed/helped your near and dear ones in their professional career.

But the worst part of nepotism is that it suppresses talent. And it is more prevalent in Bollywood than ever. The worst part is that when someone talented and worthy is replaced by someone with having good backing.

We are absolutely ok with makers or banners pushing their own people. It is their money, their investment, and they can do what they want. Yes, because of this quality of content in Bollywood is all-time low at this moment.

But the problem arises when someone talented has signed a project or more or less confirmed for the project. But at the last minute, he/she was replaced by someone unworthy who is very close to the maker/banner. This is wrong! 

If we go by the reports in electronic and print media, then Sushant Singh Rajput has lost 6-7 projects just because of this issue. We are not confirming that Sushant did suicide just because of this reason. There may be other angles also such as personal matter, professional issue, or even murder. Let the police do their job.

But the sad reality is nepotism exists everywhere. The yes man or family man will find more work than someone worthy or talented. I know everyone has faced such an issue in life. But that's the way thing goes. We only have a request for all nepotism products. Please don't snatch the work of others. Please! Yes, you can continue with your work and dreams. But don't walk over someone others career or even life. A peaceful and happy life is much more gratifying than an unworthy successful life. Cheers!
