It's Official Gunjan Saxena will Release Directly on Netflix

A few weeks back, we have already announced that few films are going to release directly on the OTT platform. One of them was Gunjan Saxena - The Kargil Girl starring Janhvi Kapoor. And today there is an official announcement on that.

Karan Johar who is one of the producers of the film has confirmed this news via a tweet. He says,

Yes, it if confirmed that Gunjan Saxena will release directly on Netflix now. No doubt Gunjan Saxena is one of the most anticipated films of the year. It would have been great if the film would have released in theatres first. But going by the present coronavirus pandemic, makers decided to premiere the film directly on Netflix.
