Shakuntala Devi starring Vidya Balan and Sanya Malhotra is directly releasing on Amazon Prime Video

Another official announcement on film premiering directly on the OTT Platform is out. After Gulabo Sitabo, Shakuntala Devi is all set to directly release on Amazon Prime Video. 

Shakuntala Devi stars Vidya Balan and Sanya Malhotra in the lead roles. The film is directed by Anu Menon and produced by Sony Pictures and Abundantia Entertainment. 

Premier date is not mentioned yet and hopefully, there will be an announcement very soon.

Few more films are ready for theatrical release and very likely they are going to get the release on the OTT platform. In fact, few films deal are already done and sealed. 

Interesting days ahead as exhibitors have come out in open and shown their displeasure on this development.
