Update on Shah Rukh Khan Upcoming Films - Q&A Part 1

We received a few good queries in our Q&A section via comments and emails and a good number of them were about an update on Shah Rukh Khan's next film. So, here we will try to give an answer to that.

What we know is that SRK has taken a sabbatical after the debacle of Zero in 2018. By mid of last year, he started reading all new scripts and zeroed on 2-3 projects. He liked those scripts. This is the information we have from reliable sources.

Now there is some good news for all SRK fans. SRK has more or less finalized one project at least. He is all set to star in YRF's next. He will be part of YRF's Project 50 as they are celebrating 50 years.

This film will be directed by Siddharth Anand who recently directed blockbuster WAR. It will be an out and out action entertainer and will be shot on a lavish scale across the globe.

An official announcement was also on cards. But all are postponed now because of the Coronavirus outbreak. Now even film shooting across the globe is not possible at least for a few months if not more. Hence, makers are rethinking about it.
