Jawaani Jaaneman had a decent start to the box office campaign on opening Friday (1st day). The opening is a bit low but trending in the second half of the day is good.
This means film may see a jump on Saturday and even on Sunday to put up some decent total for the opening weekend. Honestly despite a low start film gets a chance because of its decent to good trending in the second half of Friday.
Jawaani Jaaneman has collected 3.25 crore net approx on day one. Till noon it was looking as if the film is struggling to even go past 2 crore net mark. The good part is that film is made on a controlled budget and if it recovers ground through the weekend then it has still got a chance of emerging as a success.
We hope that there is jump for Jawaani Jaaneman on Saturday and growth is in the region of 40-50% or more. Limited growth will do no justice as film collections are at a lower level at this moment.

Another solo saif went down the gutter, for 20 odd years from Dil chata hai to Jj he is still playing the man child character. Well people are not interested in this repeative shit anymore. Saif is a good actor and can play wide variety of character but people are done with his solo outing and no one else is to blame except himself for doing dull movies. His recent movies may have good performances but they are either irrelevant or too dull for the modern paying audiences to come theatres.but now after tanahji saif can bring does audience back to theatres but not by his shitty solo outings but doing duel lead roles with other real stars. He can do another movie with Ajay and the people will folk to the theatre, if he does vikram Veda remake with Aamir than people will go crazy and there will be a riots in theatre. My point is saif stop doing these crappy solo movies and do duel relevant movies.
