Good Newwz has taken a better start on Saturday (Second Day) Morning shows as early samples are coming in. The film has opened better than Friday and the positive trend should continue all through the day now.
Good Newwz has opened with 30% occupancy in the morning shows today. Samples are from multiplexes only. For the same, Friday opening was 20-25%. There is a good growth of 30-35% in the morning shows occupancy.

Good Newwz is simply fantastic in Delhi and NCR belt. The film is also doing good in Metros and a few A-Cities. However, business in B and C Centers is strictly average for the first day. We hope these centers come to the party on Saturday.
Initial word of mouth be it critics or audiences, both are positive so far. Hence, there is a big possibility of good to very good jump especially in the latter half of the day. There might be a good jump on Sunday also.

Big Jump on saturday and Sunday for Akshay movies is quite normal evn if reports were nt so good like rustom,2.0. It's the monday and 2nd week which decides actual WOM for bigger stars as their fans and buzz for the movie does enough for d opening weekend.
ReplyDeleteBecause of the subject, don't expect the movie to do 200 Crore. Anything beyond 100 Cr will be a good business for such movies. Not many, will bring their kids to this movie.
DeleteIt's a grt movie for big city audience, but tht audience won't b enough to take it to 200cr and the fact 2 big movies releasing after 2 weeks so lifetime i think around 150-175CR. Superhit

Ye film koi action ya mass comedy nhi h. Ye class movie h.So first week 100 and lifetime 150 is great achievement. Baki haters ko jo bhookna h bhoonk sakte h. Kyuki Hum unki trha nhi chillate ye 200 karegi 300 karegi 400 or film release k Baad sala 150 k bhi wande ho jate h. Good newzz hit hogi bus chahe kuch bhi ho jaye.
