Dabangg 3 is opened much better on Sunday (Day 3) than Friday and Saturday. But the problem is the film is again badly affected in U.P., certain parts of N.C.R, North India, and certain parts of the Rest of India. Hence, there will again be a business loss. Yes, it's sad but true.
Dabangg 3 has opened with 35-40% occupancy on average across India in the Morning shows. Samples are from multiplexes only. Single screen reports are awaited. For the same samples, Friday and Saturday occupancy was 25%. Yes, there is growth but the film has to maintain it throughout the whole day to have a good total for the day.
Occupancy Report for Morning Shows -
Sunday - 35-40% (Limited Samples)
Saturday - 25%
Saturday - 25%
Friday - 25%
Dabangg 3 estimated loss in business in the first two days is anywhere between 10-12 crores. Numbers could be higher but we can't predict the exact. Weekend business loss may extend to a whopping 15-20 crores. Despite that film has collected nearly 50 crore net in the first two days. The first-weekend business should be anywhere between 75-80 crore net approx.
Yes, the film has failed to take the initial weekend advantage. But still, Christmas festive period is left. We hope it can enjoy that benefit and collection should get a boost on 1st Tuesday (evening-night time) and whole 1st Wednesday.

ReplyDeleteBhai protest se 10 15 crore ka loss hoga jyada se jyada. Padmaavat toh 2 state main release bhi nhi Hui thi others state main bhi protest tha. Fir bhi 300 cr ki Bina enhanced ticket price ke. Dabbang 3 ke ticket price bhi high hai. Iska matlab content bekar hai.
ReplyDeleteDelhi NCR MP Bihar Gujrat up sb almost close Hain padmawat Ka protest ye protest Ka 1percnt bhi NH na betaji
DeleteAm from Gujarat.

My question for admin that if protests are actually affecting dabangg 3, why it is not affecting PPAW and mardani 2
ReplyDeleteMardani 2 dropped only 50% with heavily reduced screening same was the case PPAW
Why it is hurting dabangg 3 so much
There is supposed to be some loss but not to the extent it is being said
Those saying protest is not going just rumours go n watch news channels aajtak abp news etc to better to understand the situation how bad protest going instead following KRK collecting fools trusting krk what a fool people believing krk he is planning to support karan johar.
ReplyDeleteThe positive point of Dabang3 is film is not crashed like zero n thugs of hindustan not improved it will do good business coming days.
Haters n KRK are born to spread negativity.
Disaster
ReplyDeleteFilm has clearly under performed. A little part of it is due to protests though they are being attributed a big credit. Mumbai is devoid of protests. Yesterday, Tata Mumbai Marathon took place where thousands of people participated. Yet, the film is under performing even in Mumbai. Protests & external factors can only be attributed when there is uneven business happening. All over India, Dabangg 3 is crawling. The only place where the film is doing extraordinary is Bhubaneshwar which has limited number of shows. The problem with the film is the same 10 year old film making template (even when India has changed in a decade), & releasing the film in wide number of screens.
ReplyDeleteSecond week business will be rock solid if everything is normal otherwise this movie and next week release will fell badly
ReplyDeleteAne protest se bs 3_4 cr ka nuksan huaa h maximum....Or kuch ni...smjho is baat ko ab ye typical dalman khan movies ni chle wali aane wali time pe...ab aurience bdl ri h dheere dheere ..har jgh internet aa chuka h log dekh re h low budget m.bhi videsho mai or south mai kaosi kaisi movies bnti hai or India m tatti parosre h itne saalo se movies k naam pr..ab log smjh re h cinema kya h...or agr salman ne bdla ni apni movies ka style aane wale time pe to jyada de jyada 5-6 saal or tikega bs ye fir khtm career...
