1. India Today -
Rating Score -> 3.5/5
While Mere Husband Ki Biwi doesn’t offer anything particularly new, it still works as a light-hearted watch, best enjoyed with friends and family.

2. Times Now -
Rating Score -> 2.5/5
Mere Husband Ki Biwi is a lavish disappointment. Despite having its moments, the film suffers from shoddy execution, lack of emotional depth and a safe climax. A lot more was expected considering Mudassar is the director. The actors save the show.

3. First Post -
Rating Score -> 3/5
I can’t say Mere Husband Ki Biwi is not flawless but what makes it worth watching is its relevance and believability of the storytelling.

4. News 18 -
Rating Score -> 3.5/5
Mudassar Aziz’s latest film Mere Husband Ki Biwi is no Pati Patni Aur Woh and that’s what makes it novel. Here, there’s no cheating involved and therefore, no glorification of the same. However, the problem stems from the fact that the intention – sometimes – doesn’t meet the execution.

5. Times of India -
Rating Score -> 3/5
While this rom-com treads familiar ground with a predictable love story, it has its moments that entertain and elicit laughter.

6. Indian Express -
Rating Score -> 1.5/5
Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar film is a collection of flat scenes and tropes. This is the kind of film that tells you why Bollywood is where it is. You take your stars -- Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh -- and then stuff the film with a supporting cast that works as a buffering collection of one-liners.

7. NDTV -
Rating Score -> 1.5/5
Mere Husband Ki Biwi, a stoop and stumble affair, sets the bar conveniently low but, strangely, struggles to top even that. It isn't a victim of its ambition, but of the singular lack of it.

8. Rediff -
Rating Score -> 2/5
From men dancing between women ready to claw each other's eyes out for his attention to women proposing to women on behalf of the men they love or lose, if anything, it's unlocked new levels.

9. Hindustan Times -
Rating Score -> n/a
Mudassar Aziz’s direction is strictly average. After the refreshing fun of Khel Khel Mein, expectations were high, but here, the emotions don’t land, and the laughs are fewer. The music is nice, with Gori Hain Kalaiyaan standing out. Overall, Mere Husband Ki Biwi had the potential to be hilarious. It tries hard, and credit to the makers for the attempt. But it falls short.

10. India TV -
Rating Score -> 3/5
Fans of rom-coms and lighthearted entertainers will find this film enjoyable, especially those who loved Arjun Kapoor in 2 States, Ki & Ka, and Mubarakan. For the ones, who want to enjoy a soft rom-com amid period drama and action release, will thoroughly enjoy this film.

11. Komal Nahta -
Rating Score -> n/a
Mere Husband Ki Biwi does not have the strength to make a mark at the box-office in spite of excellent dialogues. The weaknesses in its screenplay are glaring!
